Friday night at Glastonbury

Seriously awesome day. I found the BSL zone interpreters and it was seriously cool being able to understand what people were singing. I stayed at the pyramid stage most of the afternoon after my shift this morning. Saw Rita Ora first followed by Professor Green then the vaccines. I had a little break so went round to sell the remaining raffle tickets for Meru then came back to watch dizzee Rascal which was totally awesome as the interpreter was just shear fantastic. I was getting a little concerned about my legs and back but decided to stay for the Artic Monkeys which turned out to be a costly Mistake as I got stranded by the crowds as my battery went flat in my scooter. I with no way to get back to my tent and the stuards being no help what so ever my sister had to push me all the way back to our camp site over all the bumps that has left me feeling slightly on a map downer as now in loads of pain. I seriously hoping that I can recover for th morning as I would hate that to destroy m

Glastonbury gets into full swing

Started off really sunny this morning and was a lovely day, got out to see the sites and I had a really good time, even got Meru tattoo onto my arm. Returned to the meru tent on the green futures field and the heavens opened up and it hasn't stopped raining since. To top it off the Mobile Internet has been down most of the day but seems most people's batteries are going flat on their phones so hopefully this will post. Hoping the sun comes out tomorrow as this weather isn't much fun

Watching the thousands of people flood into #glastonbury has been awesome today the place is buzzing with excitement. I went to buy myself a straw hat today so it looks like I have entered into the festival sprit. Can't believe just how busy it is here at midnight. Going to bump into a good twitter follower tomorrow hopefully. We watched the fireworks and the choir sing which was awesome.. Really looking forward to tomorrow when everything kicks off.

Day three of Glastonbury

Was really sunny day today at Glastonbury. It has made up for it as it's freezing cold tonight. I have been making more flowers out of foam today ready for tomorrow. I thought about going to take scooter back but it was just too long away so left it in Sarah's tent. Hard to believe it's gone midnight and the noise it's really loud outside my tent and the festival hasn't even started. We have enjoyed a most awesome sunset to.

We all arrived at Glastonbury at in good time today. Got the van stuck in the mud which wasn't much fun trying to free it. I have noticed just how friendly everyone is and its been a lovely day. The tents are very packed in together as there isn't much room. Looking forward to spending the day walking around glastonbury tomorrow before the mad rush of people on Tuesday. Just looking how big the Green futures field is I'm glad I have a scooter to travel around on. I going to find out where I pick that up tomorrow. It's been quite a exciting day but for how it's good night from me.
